  Prices, Stock & Orders

By confirming your order either through our checkout pages or verbally, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Our prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Charges for delivery, if applicable will be added at the checkout. Delivery and repairs can only be made to addresses in Australia.

All prices featured on this website are based, solely, on stock availability at that time. Prices may fluctuate on all products and services listed.Price fluctuations are based on the currency, at the time of import. Music Emporium has the right to increase costs at any time without notification.
Customers that purchase a product, products or service, or officially submit an order whilst stock incurred is unavailable, will incur the new price as marked, or otherwise negotiated. Enquiries of any products, during stock availability, does not enable the price(s) shown at time, to be honored if stock becomes
unavailable prior to official order and/or order is not received within a 24 hour time frame. New prices will be amended in the online store in a timely manner and customers will be contacted by email of any change to the prices in their order prior to despatching.

2. Whilst Music Emporium will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including GST.

3. All goods and services are subject to availability.

4. Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy an product or services on the website.

5. Any e-mail, order confirmation, or other electronic acknowledgment by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Music Emporium of your order. Acceptance of your order, and the completion of the contract between you and Music Emporium, will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

6. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes we may transfer your information to third parties and / or countries outside Australia. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Provided you keep the goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within working 14 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 14 day period. Music Emporium reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above. Music Emporium does not contribute towards the cost of returning goods to us under any circumstances.

8. Music Emporium must be notified of any breakages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery. After this period has passed, Music Emporium shall not be responsible for any missing or damaged items.

9. We constantly review our content and so we’re happy for you to rely on the statements on this Website about your goods (subject to clause 2 above) but other than those statements, you shouldn’t rely on any other statements or descriptions of the goods. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the specification of an item. Also, there are certain rights that we give you expressly on this Website, which are in addition to those rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Music Emporium's liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Music Emporium or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

11. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details, Music Emporium cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties.

12. These terms & conditions only apply to goods purchased online.

Warranties
All brand new items carry a minimum of a full 12 month manufacturers return to base warranty. The warranty on second hand goods varies dependent on the product. The warranty period is stated on the product web page.

If at any time within this warranty period, the equipment fails, in the first instance call us on 1300 628895 (from overseas +613 95320822) where one of our advisers will try and help you rectify the fault over the telephone.

If your item fails within 30 days of receipt, and is not due to mis-use or other reason excluded from the normal warranty, we will exchange it for a new item (Excludes second-hand items).

 Non-Warranty Returns will be reimbursed as a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only which will be sent upon the receipt of the return to Music Emporium.

Please note that we do not accept returns of CD's, DVD's, Software, printed music, clothing merchandise or giftware unless found to be faulty in which case a replacement product of the same title or design will be supplied where possible. After the 30 day period, we will arrange a suitable repair of the item.

  Warranty Returns
  All warranty returns must be authorised in advance by calling 1300 628895. If we decide that your item needs to be returned to us, we will issue you with a returns authorisation number. This number must be displayed clearly on the outside of any returns sent to us.

Special Orders

Special Order Items & Deposits
If you wish to order a non-stock item, you will be required to pay a minimum 10% non-returnable deposit. The remaining balance is payable upon despatch of the item to you. Should you wish to cancel the order of a special order item for any reason before it arrives to you, your deposit will not be returned.
